Pretty good accolades and write up on this future Griz. 6'5, 235 lbs and runs a 11.2 100 meter. That's nuts.

Put up big numbers his senior year, too.

Had 116 carries for 1316 yards (averaged 11.3 ypc and 164.5 yards per game) and scored 15 TDs. He also scored 2 more TDs receiving.

On defense he racked up 61 tackles for a 7.6 tackles per game avg, down a bit from last year where he racked up 112 total tackles for an avg of 11.2 per game (played in 10 games last year and 8 this year)

Yeah. That would be a universal record. He'd kick Usain Bolt's ass.

I think it has more to do with drive and dedication than talent.

I've watched the senior year tape. My opinion on him hasn't really changed. You guys will just have to disagree with me on him this year. Plus, Stitt wants him on the offensive line...I think his future should be as a defensive end. I think he would make a pretty good tight end as well...a position you guys don't have. Overall, BDizzle is on the right track with his post.

If the kid has speed, which can't be coached, and he's got a frame to put weight on & is buying in to what he's being sold, then all he needs is the desire & work ethic. Which seems to be what you're both saying. Best of luck on achieving all of your goals McKenzie.

I still say us him as RB.. I likened him to Ryan Nall at Oregon State! Did anyone see Nall play this year? Play during the Civil War? OSU recruited him as a LB but last year OSU was thin at RB. Nall played RB in High School. Holt and Nall roughly same sized kids. YouTube Nall. If Holt can serve as Nall does for OSU, there's a ton to be excited about.
