Think he'll get a shot at the nfl?

Do you watch football? Awesome griz player, but really? Do you seriously watch football?

Uhhhhh. Grouchy much. Simple question. If Shawn shillinger was good enough to get a shot the why the hell not a 4 year starter in hermanson? A free agent shot isn't out of the question.

I hope Hermey gets a shot. I think far too many posters hold 2012 over his head and then remember his 1 or 2 bad plays and forget his 5 or 6 good plays that followed them.

Unfortunately for safeties they're the last line of defense and at times they're trying to clean up the mess of blown coverage by corners or linebackers and get blamed for it on here.

I always thought he was an awesome player, sure he missed a couple of times, but when you are in the open field like him, its a lot more obvious than those that play closer to the line of scrimmage. How about his three picks against the cats this year, awesome. He will be missed.

I think he'll get a shot. Do I think he'll get a roster spot? No.

I don't think Matt is slow. I do think too many times in pass coverage his "eyes were not right" and he bit on fakes or covered the wrong guy or was late in his help in Cover 2.

While I hope he gets a shot at The NFL, I don't think he'll make it.

And I hope Hermy proves me dead wrong !!!
