Marshall RB transferring to Griz

Was hoping on just now to post that! I'd put it up earlier today in the egriz supporters section, he was in last week as I understand. Couldn't really find much video on him, hopefully he works out.

Should help as we're seeing one current RB move to safety as well.

DId he play there before, or is this the choice based on the incoming RB move?

Man, if true that surprises me. Kirsh is actually a really good power back in my opinion. And he seems short to play safety at barely being 5-10. I was thinking Kirsch was going to get his shot at a three-back rotation with Canada and Counts next season. And I'm also still concerned that Canada won't even be around.

I love Kirsch at RB also, but he may turn out to be a great safety. I always said Chase Reynolds would have been a great safety also.

He could end up being a stud but it worries me that Travon couldn't get into Florida because of academics.

Yeah, he couldn't, but he's leaving Marshall in good academic standing. Ironically, he's leaving because he was asked to move from a starting running back to a backup defensive back. He wants to play RB, and he's going to get that shot at UM. No big conspiracy there.

Hammer, you're right about Chase and Colt. I guess I'll have to wait and see on Kirsh. I just liked him as a running back. But I'm also guessing if the Griz have Canada, Counts and Travon, and Johnny N probably not red-shirting, than Kirsh probably becomes the odd man out.
