Exactly. All I can speak of is in my experience. As a woman that gets bombarded with sexist comments when I talk football I just laugh as the person saying it is just exposing their ignorance and insecurities. I still sleep soundly. Mostly I just feel bad for them.

Alpha was the epitome of ignorance on this board and it made it unreadable when he was here. I don’t come here to read the dogshit people like him post.

Nope, I'm not. I disagree with her petition and the background information she uses. But there's a line of civil disagreement that I think was crossed.

They both crossed the line in my opinion. What she wrote was totally out of line, typical of lots of reporters today, problem is that they never seem to get in any trouble. What she did could ruin someone's life as easily of what she was falsely accusing another of doing. Total double standard.

But what is getting lost here is that when someone does this for attention and refuses to be reasonable about facts, it hurts the progress for the legitimate and horrific problem of actual sexual assault. Has this petition and Missoulian articles tainted your viewpoint of those who are actually doing the good work on addressing this problem? If so, that makes the guilty parties a vicious and selfish double abuser in my book, certainly not a victim. This isn’t about whether Hauck should be the coach, it is about fair treatment. That is what makes my blood boil.

That is why I desperately hope she loses all her money in a defamation case, which we know won’t happen because it wouldn’t be worth the publicity that would ensue.

I don’t agree with what she did. I think women like her taint the actual struggle most women face like you said. However, she did nothing legally wrong so a defamation law suit is not even sort of a viable option
