Maroon pants and jersey combo... WAS GREAT!

Let's do that again, make it a tradition for playoff home games and only break it out then!

Maroon on Maroon... when you see it you know it a playoff home game in Missoula! :thumb:

Griz have done it for big playoff games in the past... Sam Houston State semi-final in 2004.

Looked especially good in the white snow.

I prefer the all white look. Seems best for night games by making our team more visible in reduced light and against a green field. WR's stand out more.

I always think all white unis look like the team is wearing their jammies.

I agree it’s the best looking combination. Especially at night. If they would get the silver pants to have the sheen like they used to, that would be a huge improvement.

The best ones were the all black, orange numbers and lettering, silver helmets with a giant maroon paw on the BACK, and nothing on the sides. Those were pure beauty like a Jackson Pollock painting.

Those were actually the reason Roper went 14-25 for 115 yards, 0 TDs and 2 INTs.

That's harsh. And hardly a fair comparison for Pollock. I think you'd have been better off comparing them to something by:

Kazimir Malevich. ...
Josef Albers. ...
Ad Reinhardt. ...
Frank Stella. ...
Yves Klein. ...
Lucio Fontana. ...
Robert Ryman. ...
Agnes Martin...

A more monochromatic palette with little or no relation to the other colors on the canvas. But that's just me.

Fair. Reinhardt paved the way for much of early 1990s fashion.

Nice list! I was thinking more John Wayne Gacy.
