Wasn't just the Billings paper. The MIssoulian had an article with him going to the Bears a couple of days ago, but today's sports page in the "Transactions" part said he signed with the Titans.

Nothing really exciting so far, but it's early. Nothing would make me happier than for Marc to return a kick (punt or KO) for a TD against the Cowboys.
