Good to see. Still not certain why Bears let him go. I hope they regret it.

The Chicago have been making mistakes since 1985, they cant help their selves.

Let's go Titans!! Congrats Marc!
Ditto! :thumb:

But now, the question is: Will they give him a fair shot as a receiver too? Right now, they've only talked about how much he brings to their return game -- which is certainly a fact. My guess is he'll see very limited chances as a receiver ... although I hope I'm wrong.

Based on his interviews here in Nashville I think he understands he's here to be the return man and little else. He's the 6th receiver on a team that will heavily rely on their run game. I'm sure he'll get a little bit of PT at WR but I'm sure he is just happy to still be in the league.

Unfortunately Ben Roberts was just replaced on the practice squad by WR Tre McBride (William & Mary), who was the guy that was cut to add Mariani...

Lets hope Ben gets another chance, but if not, he still gave it a good ride

Now that is a huge bummer for Roberts.

Titans not looking good against the Vikings. But with the game winding down, Mariani has over 100 yards in total punt and KO returns. So he's doing his part.

Viking defense will make many teams look "not so good" this season.

To be fair to the Titans, their offense scored more points 16 than the Vikings offense did 12. Unfortunately, the offense also gave 13 to the Vikings defense (missed XP). Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers.

Marc looked pretty good on his returns. He was able to return a bunch of kickoffs with a full head of steam. Not much juking (compared to JLM haha).
