Malik Flowers - why not play some RB

I just want to know WTF Malik has to do to get the BIg Sky to recognize him as Special Teams Player of the Week. I feel like he could return 2 kicks for TDS in the same game and they’d still give it to some kicker that hit a couple of FGs.
