You do realize that any defense that runs any scheme will get wore down and tired if they're on the field too much, right? The games our D didn't live up to the hype, was when our offense couldn't stay on the field long enough!

BH said multiple times in his post game press conferences that the defense failed to get off the field on 3rd downs. Was the defense gassed the first drive against the Cats?

The D played very poorly against the MSU, from the first play.

I wouldn't necessarily disagree, but I also think Johnson fumbling at the 2 and snap into the endzone were more mentally crushing than the D struggling. If Johnson doesn't fumble we may have seen an offensive shootout.

The fumble was horrible. If Johnson was hurt and not playing, there was not going to be a shoot out.

So you're going to base all your feelings off 1 game? Why don't you just go back to scatnation. Everyone knows you're a kitty fan. Your trolling is expired. Give up the act and please do us all a favor and fruck right off.

One thing that has always bugged me to no end is when a QB or for that matter (anyone) is if you are hurt be gracious enough to take yourself out of the game! Let your backup do his job!

Welcome Coach Linehan,

One you get settled, and have had a chance to watch some film, I'd love your take on whether or not an injured Johnson was better option than an ineffective replacement, or an underdeveloped what's his name. Thanks. I'll hang up now and wait for my answer.

Is the son of Scott Linehan, a long-time college and NFL assistant who was head coach of the St. Louis Rams for parts of three seasons from 2006-08 and is now an offensive analyst at Missouri.

I think he went to UNT to be closer to his dad when Scott was the OC at Dallas. Mike comes from a good coaching tree.
