Limiting # of posts

I know this won't go over well but I would be in favor of limiting the number of posts an individual can post here per day. Jeez, since the end of the game yesterday one poster has posted I'm guessing, because I can't figure out if I can sort by poster and date, at least 50 times on multiple threads. I think we know who that is. It isn't so much that I disagree so much with what he is saying but if you can't make your point in a couple of posts then you really should consider a more thoughtful, less is more approach. From a software/application perspective this shouldn't be that hard to do. I understand this is the year of the narcissist and someone is going for the narcissist of year award with heavy competition, but this forum is getting pretty boring when one person takes it over.

I was going to be a total brat and make a bunch of posts with just one word each but ultimately I was too lazy. You're welcome.
 
Would it be a good idea for a website that makes its revenue from the number of viewers of ads, i.e. based on clicks, to limit the number of posts/clicks? I guess it would be okay if the goal was to minimize revenue.

Think he's good, jodcon, and thanks for wondering. Been in touch with a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend, who claims to have been in fairly recent contact with the bastard. Heard mutterings of him retreating to "firewood camp", "hunting camp" and "general I-don't-want-to-be-a-part-of-this camp". He'll run out of ammo and beer at some point, and have to re-connect...

Think he's good, jodcon, and thanks for wondering. Been in touch with a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend, who claims to have been in fairly recent contact with the bastard. Heard mutterings of him retreating to "firewood camp", "hunting camp" and "general I-don't-want-to-be-a-part-of-this camp". He'll run out of ammo and beer at some point, and have to re-connect...

Good to know, his absence now that football season has started is eye-raising, but I get the "off the grid" deal. His cooking alone should drive him out of the hills eventually though.

That is a concern............better check your pig numbers guys. I hear a Pork Rustler has been seen slothing the area ...You might want to place a nice ripe scent-ball along with a cheap bottle of rot-gut in your vermin-trap for successful results...
