He has definitely been impressive... most of the articles I have read have placed him as one of, if not the most impressive player at the summer league so far. Good for him and good for the conference!

I saw him live in Vegas last week and this kid was born to score the basketball. Jimmy Butler and him were probably the most impressive offensively that I saw. Jared Sullinger looked great at times but other times looked undersized. I think he will be fine as a bench player for a contender for years to come.

In unrelated news, Marquis Teague sucks/shoots more than Kobe

Teague is a minnow, I could see Lilliard as Jason Terry 2.0 which would mean he has a hugely successful NBA career and makes millions. I'm rooting for Damien and agree he's a better player than Teague. If Lilliard played for NC he would be national news on ESPN, look who Teague is feeding. DL might only score 12 a game but he'd have 8 dimes if he was on that team.

Lillard started in the first preseason game against Steve Nash and the Lakers. Played very well 14 pnts, 6-11fg, 2-5 3pt, 5 rb, 7 ast, and 2 to's.

planning on watching him and the Blazers take on Minnesota in late November. Wishing a great season for him.

Had 20 points last night vs Sac.

He tweeted that he would be attending Weber's Purple & White game the night before his Blazers play the Jazz in Salt Lake later this month. I'll be at both those games and at his two regular season games vs the Jazz in SLC. Sure wish the Jazz could have ended up with him. But I'm now a Blazer fan.
