I think to clinch an extension, they'll need to win at least a couple BSC tournament games. If they lose their 1st (and only game) again this year, that'll be 4 years in a row where they haven't even won a game at the tourney with Shannon at the helm.

Thinking that way too. I've been skeptical about the coaching, maybe there has been some effective admin consultation already (coach gets coaching). But the game last night was indicative of solid team play, executing on game strategy, much improvement on fundamentals. The players--played ball, they did that, they knew the expectation of collegiate performance, day 1, good or bad coach!
