What makes you think the faiders would have won the SB had they beat NE in that game? St Louis wasn't exactly chopped liver! Plus the faiders had their shot at the title the next year against Tampa and got a thorough butt whooping in the process.

AWESOME!!! First Griz on New England, I believe since Terry Falcon. I just spent the weekend in Bangor & Foxboro(ugh). Well technically Fall River, but close enough.

And yes I know Jimmy Farris was also a Patriot, but not sure he ever actually played a game with them. He has no official stats with them.

Hauck was with the Pats briefly. But, as you say, I don't think he recorded any stats with them.
