Lets Talk About BobbyBall

He should bring back the classic Wing T, Triple Option or maybe the Flex Bone offense? Works for Cal Poly, Georgia Tech, Georgia Southern, Army, Navy and Air Force? A complete makeover for Montana (or not.)

You guys are friggen delusional. Adams State lost to the top 2 RMAC teams by a combined score of 133-38, lol. I would not call that a prolific offense. They certainly had zero defense, but if their offense was any good, they could at least keep some kind of pace. I'd be shocked if Hauck hires Rosenbach, considering the massive amount of pressure (unrealistically high) to produce huge results in 2018.

Pretty easy to get a ton of yards against 2nd and 3rd teamers!

I think this is a good point. Easy to put up stats when you (a) have to throw because you’re down big, (b) teams that are up big play base coverages and (c) playing against back ups. Rosenbach didn’t even come to close to playing winning football at Adams State. Stats are for losers. I like results.

SDSU = Penny - Total Stud!
And Donnel Pumphrey before him ... much smaller back, but ran hard despite getting an ungodly number of carries every game. And it was not all "pound the rock" -- at least one year, he also led the Aztecs in pass receptions.

Penny has 40 pounds over Pumphrey -- 220 vs 180 -- and is seldom used as a receiver. But he has averaged over 7 yards per carry for his career.
