Tonight was the first time our junior class has lost a conference tournament game. This is the only time in his career Kareem Jamar has not played in the conference championship game and the first time in 5 years that the Griz haven't appeared in the championship. We couldn't throw it in the ocean tonight and lost, but I definitely still love my Griz. Thanks for a fun season, and good luck to Kareem. Sad to see him go out that way though.

Considering we were dead last in the country in rebounds, you could say that making it into the conference tourney at all was an over-achievement.

"Teams" are tough to define and put together, They don't always combine perfectly.

This coach and these players put in outstanding personal performances. I admire every single one of them, for what they gave to the University of Montana, to their team, and to each other.

You could, but based on the fact that we were ranked 4th with a chance to be ranked 2nd, not dead last I don't really think that it was. The team still found other ways to win.
