I love how incredibly SLOW the bobcats are as a team and they have been for the last 20 years.

We had a pathetic shit show of and OL and absolutely kick the cats in the pussy on the ground

Worst offense we have had in 9 years and we still put up 34 on them even with us getting 6 or 7 turnovers. Imagine if we had a decent offense how bad that would have been. cats are fu*ked next year as well, they will still be slow as fu*k and will get steamrolled at our vacation home to the east.

Oh and STFU to all the whiners on here, its getting really old.
What brought on that little tirade and once again AlpoGriz is derailing a good topic thread. Your infatuation with the cats is almost as bad as you man crush on talking about PR.
Back on topic, I will forever love that night game against Ap St. What a night!

My comments were about watching us kick the fu*k out of them again on THE VIDEO OF HIGHLIGHTS IN THIS THREAD, it was a comment about the video.

Here is how to properly derail a thread:

STFU you ignorant bag of dicks, nobody wants to read yet another thread you made all about AG1, so be a good little "boy" and go drink a 40 out on the curb while the rest of us grown ups continue to post about football.

The Cats team speed, according to them, increases every year! They usually have about two really fast guys on their team at a time. They are especially slow on defense. They don't generally beat out many teams for their recruits and that is very telling for me. Sometimes they get a gem, but mostly, yes, their team speed leaves alot to be desired. There is a reason they get throttled when they play faster teams. Hell, they spent the last five years trying to put together bigger, more physical lines (their fans have always said the only difference between them and us is in the trenches). The last two years we have still manhandled them. I firmly believe we always have better talent. I think in general we beat out more schools to land our guys than they do and that is one of the tangible things I see year after year....

Back on track, I was at the App State game, and it was probably the best game I've ever been to, regardless of sport.

What brought on this little tirade? Why are you not following Natives contact with America?

BTW when she gets her panties in a bind the tears cant be far behind.........oh and your post is totally 100% correct, the cats are a very slow team especially on defense.

I never realized Bergquist didn't miss a game for 3 years after being named starter...

Wow. Looks like your vidio is an example of how to lead with your head (spear) and hit a defenseless receiver.

Serious ? If not please explain why not.

Alpha is correct. Usually the state football players are slow slugs. It's difficult for them to recruit, so overall they wind up with NAIA level talent.

If that's spearing to you then you need to get your eyes checked or learn a thing or two about football. That hit and the nearly identical hit he laid on the SDSU TE two weeks prior to that one were both perfectly legal hits to the chest after each receiver momentarily had possession of the ball. He had his head up on both hits and didn't lead with the crown of his helmet, hence not spearing.

Hell of a hit and it does appear to be from a period when it's ok, but it appears too me his head is down. I didn't spend much time reviewing have so if you have it freeze framed and he did pull up his head then I'm wrong

Again. It appears this hit is legal when made and a heck of a hit.

See both A2 and B2 below. Think your wrong. This would be called today.

The following is taken from the 2011 NFL Rule Book (pages 73-74) and defines players who are in a defenseless posture. The material is also covered in the 2011 League Policies for Players Manual, distributed to all players in training camp.

It is a foul if a player initiates unnecessary contact against a player who is in a defenseless posture.

(a) Players in a defenseless posture are:

(1) A player in the act of or just after throwing a pass;

(2) A receiver attempting to catch a pass; or who has completed a catch and has not had time to protect himself or has not clearly become a runner. If the receiver/runner is capable of avoiding or warding off the impending contact of an opponent, he is no longer a defenseless player;

(3) A runner already in the grasp of a tackler and whose forward progress has been stopped;

(4) A kickoff or punt returner attempting to field a kick in the air;

(5) A player on the ground at the end of a play;

(6) A kicker/punter during the kick or during the return;

(7) A quarterback at any time after a change of possession, and

(8) A player who receives a “blindside” block when the blocker is moving toward his own endline and approaches the opponent from behind or from the side.

(b) Prohibited contact against a player who is in a defenseless posture is:

(1) Forcibly hitting the defenseless player’s head or neck area with the helmet, facemask, forearm, or shoulder, regardless of whether the defensive player also uses his arms to tackle the defenseless player by encircling or grasping him; and

(2) Lowering the head and making forcible contact with the top/crown or forehead/”hairline” parts of the helmet against any part of the defenseless player’s body.

Note: The provisions of (2) do not prohibit incidental contact by the mask or helmet in the course of a conventional tackle on an opponent.

Cline takes steps toward Thompson. He was a runner. Your points are moot.
(When you've started running, you're no longer "defenseless".)

KT's SDSU hit is at about the 3:45 mark

To quote the great Tana Umaga (captain of the New Zealand All-Blacks) "It's not bloody tiddly winks, is it?" Those men strapped on the pads and met a rocket. Two best hits in GRIZ history! If you reckon that's a penalty pick up a croquet mallet and have a nice day.

Don't think we'll agree on the above. Send this clip to BS conference folks and ask for opinion.
