Pin this. Also unless it's from 50 or the kicker is worthless, blocks are not on the kicker.

IMHO that block WAS on the kicker. His trajectory was like he was trying to kick a 50-yarder. Came out VERY low…Dude that blocked it barely had to jump. Wasn’t kicked like an XP.

The dude that blocked it is 6’8 and got a good push.

Somebody help me. I don’t watch State games. Isn’t this standard procedure for one of their games? I’m so confused! What’s not normal with this scene?

The screams from the crowd is what gets me. Like thousands of drunk on wine women from California that just two years ago found out about Bobcat football. Exhausted from taking selfies for instagram all day…just screaming in terror like they’ve just witnessed a bad school bus crash…but 5 mins after the game they forget why they even cared. It is after all hot chocolate and ski season.

Correct. How does the crow taste by the way? Did you smoke it on your Treager? :thumb:

Based solely on the scat trolls frequenting this site, I 'd say they smoked it in their Crack Pipes. :o :o

Talk about sore losers too, kept saying embarrassing. They played a great game, so did the bison, couldn't even for a moment give credit anywhere that it was due.

I think his embarrassing comment is more on the lines of “we just let this team beat us in our own house on a blocked PAT.” Not to mention the last game they played was against us, and we mud fvcked ‘em. So the end of the season was just a continuing trail of embarrassment and disappointment from a team that was damn near picked to win it all at the start.

I would have to somewhat disagree. The kicker could have kicked the ball higher so it could not have been blocked! POOR bobcats!

But, but, but, they were one controversial call away from beating the long-eared bunnies (just don’t mention that their qb was past the line of scrimmage). If it weren’t for that, or a fg kicker in Idaho, or a letdown in WaGriz, or the other fg kicker against the ugly buffaloes they would have been national champs!

I mean, that’s a pretty accurate description of 60% of cat fans

Who was the guy in the white coat, the one who threw his headset on the floor? There are good F bombs and bad F bombs. I'll give you an example of a good one...

F'kin-A!!! :thumb:

Bobcat fans can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe their color guy is recent Bobcat RJ Fitzgerald? No wonder he threw the headset.

He's one who should have been a Griz if Stitt didn't ruin that relationship with the Fitzgerald family. At least that's my understanding.

Yes, that is absolutely him. I'm not sure why people push back so often on the fact that Stitt did that, but he turned off that whole crew of Beaverhead kids so badly that not one of them had a positive opinion of their visits to Missoula.

Glad I'm not mis-remembering that. Two former Griz players that each were on national championship winning teams and they are both pushing kids to Bozeman now. Gross.

Based on the amount PT Jace Fitzgerald is getting, he’d be riding the pine here too as a LB…

He was referring to RJ and the ones from that class, but your point on Jace us totally fair with regards to him. My point was only to confirm that anything other than Stitt turning those kids off badly is a weird revisionist history.

Some players are continuing to slip to the other side even under Hauck. There’s Ortt, and then there’s another legacy player from last years class I’m forgetting right now.

John is still a Griz. He has kids going to MSU because that's where they want to go.

Dolan is who you’re thinking of. There are some that say Hauck should have put more effort in recruiting Adam Jones, but I think that ship sailed when Iverson Young committed.

Oh, absolutely. I don't dispute that at all. I'm just talking about those specific kids with Stitt.

Dolan was a surprise to me. Great grandfather John played in the 30’s and was a team captain and two time All Pacific Coast Conference. Grandfather Pat Dolan played for the 69 and 70 Camellia Bowl teams. Father Nate was a receiver on the 95 team. But it’s cool when someone chooses to take a different path.
