Lekeldrick Bridges?

Ive actually thought about this in past month or so! Tough to transition to that mid season, but wouldn't be surprised if that's a move in spring ball
Very tough at the college level period. Running backwards isn't the same as running forward and the footwork for directional transitions is tough to just ask a kid to do. I am guessing as a WR he has a higher ceiling than Drew Deck who just had to wait for his turn behind the guys who were here last year.

I know our staff moved Justin Calhoun in 2017-18 and he looked like a duck out of water to start with but ended up being pretty decent in the end. He was already established as a receiver and the move was more or less due to a lack of good CB options.

Not easy to transition for sure. However, most WR’s at this level likely played 2 ways in high school and naturally corner/safety would be the secondary position. Worth a look at least.
