Dont know how to repost tweets but looks like Lakes QB Dylan Miller is joining him he tweeted happy to spend the next few years with my best friend Caleb.

Drews little brother?

No Dylan is not Drews little brother. Dylan is my son and Caleb and him have been best friends since they were 10. They both played for Lakes and while I personally believe Dylan is good enough to play for the GRIZ, he had to hang up the cleats due to health reasons.

But he's coming to UM? Is that right?

I've been looking at the threads and saying to myself, "if Caleb Lyons selects U of Montana, where's he goin' to play?" Redshirt year to learn the defensive or offensive scheme and then special teams, Holder, KR and PR? Then where? Slot and holder like former Montana alum Cam Warren? Hmmm, I'm thinking DB with 4.5 speed and high school outside LB experience, Caleb could be a shutdown DB.

What are your thoughts?

Reminds me of one Jody Farmer that played for the Griz from 1986-89. Farmer played Running Back, Punter, Tailback, Halfback, H-Back, Wingback & Kick Returner. Farmer was listed as 6'0" & 215 lbs. Lyons might not have the same biometrics but might be a little bit faster.

Caleb decided to play baseball for the Lancers in the Spring of 2014. I didn't think he get his work in and be prepared for the 2014 U of Montana Football. I glad to see he's serious 'bout earning a scholarship before the season starts.
