According to MontanaGrizzlies.com, the Lady Griz lead NAU by a score of 22-0! Closson and Rogers have each scored 11 points; Mandy is 0-4.

Lady Griz have a 42-14 halftime lead. I was mistaken earlier, Lohman (not Rogers) has 13 points, Closson has 11, and Guardipee has 10 boards.

Keep it up in the second half!

Lady Griz 77 NAU 55. Lady Griz had a meltdown in the second half giving up 41 points versus just 14 points in the first half.

Lohman was player of the game. Last time she was player of the game she must have celebrated a bit to much. Bet she won't do it this time.

1st half I think the ladies were venting some of the frustration from last years loss. I bet they're not to happy with the win though, being outscored 41-14 in the 2nd has got to be bugging them

Wait. Didn't they get-outscored 41-35 in the second half??

Another quality win by the LG. And I agree Robin probably wasn't pleased with the 2nd half, but c'mon. Human nature is going to play a factor when you lead by that much, and you're going to start to coast.

Getting outscored in the second half never looks good, but online it appeared that many of our reserves played considerable minutes in the later part of the game. Consider this, every girl on the bench recorded either a point, rebound or assist; Dana Conway was the only player to not score. I think Robin realized the game was in hand, and gave minutes to some reserves to gain experience for later on down the road. But, since I wasn't at the game, this is pure conjecture, and could be completely false.

This is hilarious. Take a look at the boxscore and minutes played. The "meltdown" you refer to is freshmen for the most part playing against NAU starters. 13 LG played. 11 scored, and 10 of them played more than 10 minutes. The LG starters played 18, 17, 22, 21, and 24 minutes, or roughly 1/2 of the game.

If Rob wanted to, he could have beaten NAU by 70, but he has far too much class for that. His starters sent the message they wanted to.
