Lady GRIZ v UCLA

Holy crap... the girls are starting to look like the boys... AIRRR BAWLLLLLL!!! Hey, it's the ROUND ORANGE THING WITH A NET ATTACHED!!! Time for Gonzago-BYU... this is frustrating and I ain't got any extra hair to pull out.
 
We can't get the ball inside at all. They are either stolen or blocked. Gotta start shooting more 3's in the second half. It's our only hope.
 
LG really had a shot after cutting the lead to five, then -- quite literally -- they handed ucla two layups.

I still think there's a chance to get the ball inside, but it's going to have to be on things like backdoor cuts.
 
If the Ladies could just hit SOME of their shots, they would be in this game. So far, that's not happening....
 
Just caught the last 2 minutes of the half. A little frustrating to watch. This game is there for the Lady Griz to take. Need to do a better job of breaking the press.

UCLA looks frustrated. They didn't see this game coming. If the Griz can put together a good half they may be able to pull out a win. Also have the girls throw a few elbows.

I agree. They are handling the press better than I expected, and if they had just hit a few shots this could be a tie game. Sonja Rogers would come in handy tonight. Losing Torry Hill also hurts, athletic ball handler who can hit the three.
 
The women look timid. Can't get the ball up court. They immediately pick up their dribble and look to pass instead of dribbling by. I'm amazed it's this close. not a bad turnout.
The cheerleader from UCLA is a million times hotter than the coach. My goodness...

Basketball aside.........Can-AM has advertised a lot in the tournament. Glad they did, I like their 3 wheeler machines. I think one is in store for me, after I get the SUV paid off.
