Lady Griz Post Season Video

Wyoming....you stated you don't agree..fine. However, in my view, when a head coach hands out full ride scholarships to relatives, it is nepotism.

And nepotism is a good thing when the players are good. And jordan and carly are better than a lot of players that were not related to any of the coaches. So yor anti-nepotist rant is really BS.

Nepotism is never a good thing. The young ladies may be outstanding. I've stated the coach is a good coach. It is still nepotism.

So, by your logic, Ken Griffey, Jr. never should have been allowed to play MLB. Or, that Robin's nieces should have taken their skills to, say, Eastern Washington.

Huh. Interesting take...

Who cares who you're related to??? The only thing that matters is, "Can you ball?". I'd say the answer is pretty definitive in those you're calling out, Spanky.

Spanky, you are too hung up by the definition. We are not pro-nepotism. We just feel that with the limited recruiting funds Selvig has, that he has to go after the best Montana girls he can. Both girls fall into that catagory and would have been recruited regardless of relationship. By dictionary definition that could be called nepotism, however in the real world it was going after, and signing, the best available.

Here's my definition:

If every other BSC head coach would have offered a scholarship to a relative of Robin's, it ain't nepotism.

If only a few Frontier coaches were interested, then it's nepotism.
