Watched parts of the replay on espn+ and there is a lot they did well. DSU was overmatched so everyone (I think) was able to play.
Not a lot of excitement on this forum yet

The LG are definitely contenders for the conference title, but they still gotta play all the games! It should be an exciting year.
I caught much of the game on ESPN+. Several observations.
--The D1 talent on this team goes at least ten deep. So how do you find playing time when you've got that much talent? "Strength in numbers!" Have two complete teams ready to sub in like a line change in hockey, then press all over the court on defense and fast break on offense. Wear the opposition down. I hope this becomes this team's identity--not just because they were playing an inferior opponent. I love the long rotations, and have wished for years that DeCuire too would go deeper and more often to his bench. And if you suffer that almost inevitable injury, you have the talent to keep the ship on an even keel.
Here are stats for the game....yes over matched game (Dickenson enrollment around 1400).. We have a powerful team indeed...would have liked to see Dick play more: https://www.espn.com/womens-college-basketball/boxscore/_/gameId/401604830
--They put up 108 points but note: Mack Konig, who led the team with 15 points at Grand Canyon, scored just two; and our outstanding freshman Macey Huard (and boy, does she have talent!) was nada for six from deep.
--Hey, they play like this, and this is fun! I just hope they maintain this style against all opponents. This could give the Lady Griz a whole new moniker: "Show time!"
