how can the program ever recover? I wish her the best of luck at her chosen venue. she will probably do very well at that level.
She wasn't going to be on scholarship next year. I don't think she developed enough during her redshirt year to continue a career at Montana. She may have had some height, but she just didn't have the size.
On a similar note, I believe that Tamara Guardipee is not going to be on scholarship either.
The team next year is definitely going in a much different direction than the past couple of years with Holly and Crystal down low. But I think they can be just as competitive. They are going to be a quick, fun team to watch. I'm really looking forward to seeing Mandy Morales and Lauren Beck play together for the next 4 years. They are going to be a killer tandem. You get even more offense with Johanna Closson on the floor. If the Lady Griz can pick up a solid big girl in the future, watch out.
