Lady Griz played pretty sloppy in the 1st period but still won by a good margin. Tech was just unable to matchup underneath and couldn't guard Mandy Morales and Sonya Rogers.
Sonya's scrappy! She took some hard hits 2nite and kept on going. Had 3 or 4 three pointers, some steals, was announced as player of the game.
The ladies need to work on their interior game a bit, they threw a lot of passes away in there. Other than that, good shooting & good perimeter game. On defense they'd over commit a little on the zone, but Tech wasn't skilled enough to fully exploit it.
Robin Selvig has his usual 3-4 blowups, good stuff all around.
