Holly Tyler was unstoppable today, scoring 29 points on 13 - 17 from the field, 3 - 5 from freethrow line. She was awesome today.

Holly was the tournament MVP.

Lynsey Monaco played another 40 minutes, scoring 9 points, had 8 assists, and 7 rebounds, with only 3 turnovers.

Lynsey made the all-tournament team.

Jody Mcleod and Juliann Keller lead the team with 8 rebounds. Lady Griz out rebounded the Wildcats 33 - 23.

Lady Griz shot 58.5% from the field. I think that may be the highest field goal percentage they shot all year.

Lady Griz go to the NCAA tournament where the highest projected seed has them at number 11. That is from collegerpi.com but it the projections on that site are outdated. www.collegerpi.com will likely update it sometime tomorrow. Doesn't include last 3 Lady Griz games. ESPN has Lady Griz at Number 12, ESPN.com will be updating the projections continuously.

Will find out tomorrow at 3pm.

Should add that the Lady Griz did contain Julie Gjertsen in the second half until the game was already pretty much in Lady Griz control and never let anybody else take over the game for Weber State which was big. Gjertsen made 19 points, but most of the damage she caused were late and game pretty much in Lady Griz control.

Warburton can hit the three from NBA land. She will be back for two more years. So will O'Neal be back for two more years giving Weber State a strong presence underneath. Tuomi will be back for 3 more years. These three players alone will make Weber State strong contenders for the next two years at least.

What a great game, although I was a little surprised that there were about 1000 less people at this game then the last UM/Weber game
