Lady Griz won a very tough hard fought game today. Have to say that the crowd of 4,420+ fans helped the Lady Griz.

Katie Edwards, 18 points, shot only 6 - 16 from the field, and 2 - 8 from 3 pt line.
Jody McLeod, 13 points, 10 rebounds. Also had 2 steals. Named player of the game, which she deserved.
Hollie Tyler, 14 points, 4 - 11 from the field. 4 fouls called on her.
Lynsey Monaco, 11 assists, 5 turnovers, and 5 steals. The 5 steals pretty much made up for the 5 turnovers.
Crystal Baird, 10 points. Did a very good job backing up Tyler.

Lady Griz turned the ball over 11 times versus 21 for EWU.
Eagles did outrebound the Lady Griz by 4. Have to say the Eagles gained that lead around the 6 minute mark of the second half. Big reason eagles took a 4 point lead at that time.
