MSU just knocked off Sac State by 23 or so. Sac State was one of the best teams this year but MSU just had their number, sweeping all three matchups. Congratulations, MSU. I think that also bodes well for the Lady Griz. They will now play the winner of ISU-PSU, instead of possibly Sac State (a team the LG did't really match up well with). Hopefully, ISU will win because I think the LG matchup better with them than PSU.

Probably a bad thing for the Big Sky, really. Sac State's style of play and athleticism had me thinking they could be the one BSC team to make some noise in the postseason, or at least stay respectable and competitive. No disrespect to the other teams still in, just thought they might be able to have the best chance to match up with a big program that the BSC auto-bid will likely get pitted against.

Cats are playing extremely well right now.

And frankly, no one in the BSC is going to make noise on the national level, Sac or no Sac. Last year's Lady Griz team blows out every team in the league this year, and we know what happened to the LG in last year's tournament.
