You literally just ruined your own argument. You said that the cats beating the griz in the semis means nothing if we don’t win. So, with YOUR logic, the griz beating the cats meant nothing in 2023.

Yes. The cats losing the chip will hurt. But it’s still a victory beating the griz twice in a month. Yours not very good at this lol. Also, being a donator to a forum is cringe.

If 2023 didn't matter, as you're suggesting, then neither did any of the losses either side of the rivalry since 2001. I'm just saying you can't have it both ways here.

How was he the best player? Are you talking about his production or, potential? Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s a phenomenal corner; just not in the same league as Trumaine Johnson (yet)!
 
Between the portal and NIL the FCS has become like the minor league. All FCS teams are vulnerable. If your team had a really good year then it will probably be effected more. Education is no longer part of the equation. With the money that is being thrown around, I wonder if this is sustainable in the long run.

He was the best, most skilled defender on our team, regardless of his production. What about that is hard to understand?

The Trumaine Johnson comp is only showing that production for great corners doesn't matter, because QBs do not throw at great corners (like how Lamson didn't throw at him once).

Agree. By far the most important part of the defense. Allowed Griz to do a lot more things on the defensive side of the ball in terms of pressures, coverage options, etc
