KVA Injury?

If true, then it's REALLY time for Stahm and Buss to step up.

if true, it has to have some effect , when our number one tackler is out of the line up, to say nothing of his leadership skills....I would say lebsock a senior would be a better choice as a starter than strahm or buss....just imo,,,I still hope it isn't so....

If this true it's time for Gamboa to step up his game. KVA is a HUGE loss and will require a concentrated effort by Kose, Gamboa, and Lebsock not to mention Yamen Sanders.

With that said maybe, just maybe, the offense can move the chains and keep the defense off the field for a bit. Good grief the 3 and outs put this defense on the field way to much. It's a wonder we don't have more injuries. Time for the offense to put together an entire game.

Go Griz!

If he really did play after going out, I guess I might have an easier time believing a muscle tear or something than a bone break that requires surgery. That doesn't seem like something you play through, but who knows?

He was back in after sitting out one series. Even got a great tackle on his forst series back in. Went in and out after that. You could see him celebrating at the end of the game. If it was a break that requires surgery he is extremely tough. This smells like MAMMAGriz is pulling our legs to me.

Someone over on the NDSU forums says they hear it's a collarbone break?

I think neither a collarbone break or a broken arm is plausible given he came back and was celebrating at the end.

I watched the replay of the game. KVA made an arm tackle on the goal line play before SDSU scored their 1st touchdown. He came back in and played the rest of the game. Even on the last defensive series, he didn't appear to be favoring his arm? He is one tough mudder if he played with it broken!!

Even if he did break it, would he really have a surgery scheduled for Monday already?

That's a good point. I'm not a medical doctor. My wife is. I asked her if someone could play a FB game with a broken arm that needed surgery. She didn't think it was possible. But she also buys things just because they are on sale. The mystery continues.

Not to change the subject but I LOLed thinking of the other day my lady friend and I needed some stuff in the same store (which I had never been to before) and the checker kept telling me how much I saved when all I wanted to know was how much I owed. My lady friend end up "saving" a lot more money that I, and was proud of that fact....of course she spent more than I as well but that didn't matter.....because its all about how much you saved....uhmmmmm...while spending money.

Bummed about KVA. Curious to know some news but the way Stitt is, most of us may not know the real scoop till game day.

Even in the nfl, players usually don't even have these things confirmed until the Monday after do they?

 That situation is my life.

Player Rep broke his arm then did his own surgery in the locker room and played the second half...clearly you all didn't

That's an amazing coincidence. I too am married to a doctor. When I asked the same questions of her, she said there are varying degrees of breaks, like sales and it would be difficult to say what kind of pain someone, like credit cards, is able to withstand. Everyone, like bank accounts, has thresholds. She was hopeful that he would recover soon and that Nordstrom's private sale would be extended by a few hours Thursday evening. When I said "Costco", she held a finger to her mouth and said "shhhhhhhhhhhh".
