And look at that tan. Has the big guy been basting with butter?

 Solid!

Was that a dock line around his neck? Bigger than my upper thigh, and I'm not little by any stretch.

I think it was. He probably stole it from a cruise ship. He seems like a cruise guy. You know the type.

After watching that game I'd say the ISU cheerleaders appear to be sponge-worthy.

Uh.....I'm not quite sure how to respond to this. :? :? :?

Everett bought an entire pallet of Today Sponges in 1995 when they were originally discontinued and has been very careful about the chicks he will bang ever since....he is now on a 20 year dry spell with the ladies...so the sponge has been working...

I just found it ironic because it's usually the CHICK who discusses whether someone is "sponge-worthy".... :? :? :?

Everett has always been a little ass-backwards...

Kramer is the best thing to happen to ISU! He stays put as long as he wants!
+ 1 If he cant win there no one can IMO

Agreed. They've had two decent teams in the last ten years, last year and 2006 when Matt Gutierrez dropped down from Michigan. Kramer has to be compared only to prior ISU HCs. After their 1981NC, things generally deteriorated, and fan base evaporated. If Kramer can't get it done, no one can. Its his job until he retires, IMO.

I always found it king of funny that the guy who invented the birth control sponge had that place on Salmon Lake...

The Gutierrez team finished 2-9. The best ISU teams in the last 20 years were 2002 (Big Sky tri-champion), 2003 (8-4), and the 1994 team, which started slow but came on to beat both Montana and Boise State to finish 6-5. But you're right, not a lot of great history here, and Kramer will be here until he retires.

ISU has a horrid schedule: they play the next four on the road, where they will be underdogs in every game. Then they come home to EWU, Montana and MSU. So finishing with a winning record is going to be VERY difficult. There is still a lot of talent on this team, but injuries (two pre-season all-conference players on defense are out for the season, and three-fifths of the starting O-line is hurt), and a new QB with a long way to go are going to make this a real challenge.

You had a damn fine kicker / punter Dan Ziedman (sp?). All american and had an NFL shot. I remember he averaged something like 48 yards per punt or something crazy.

Kramer has always received my vote for one of the best coaches in the Big Sky.

msu should worry when they have to play Kramer because he is waiting to knock them off. All teams should pucker up during a game against Sir Kramer.

Bengal visitor, thanks for the correction on 2006. Thats what I get for relying on my memory. Maybe I was over-impressed with his cannon arm. That and spending six weekends in WGS NEZ.
