Kitties vs. Spuds Game thread (combined threads)

There are many other games on tonight that interest us a great deal more than this one. So why is it that there are five (at least) separate threads about it? How 'bout some consolidation, just to clean up the clutter.

Some examples: Maine at UConn didn't get a lot of votes as an upset, but that is certainly not out of the question (DirecTV channel 698.) One that was a top vote getter was South Dakota at New Mexico (DTV 674, 683, 687). In the past, games that are being broadcast on TV are likely to be available somewhere via streaming.

And two other Big Sky teams are at FBS opponents tonight: Southern Utah at Utah (Pac-12 Network, if you can get it), and Weber State at Utah State. No word on TV for the Utah State game, but I'd be surprised if it didn't turn up somewhere.
 
Unfortunately, the Cats are-ironically enough-going to get mashed by the potatoes! Or by the potatos as Dan Quayle would say. I'll be rooting for them, but they suck-as one particular poster so eloquently puts it every post!

I'm wishing Lil' brother well but don't expect Coach Choke's era to have a positive start.

Vandals have a very competent QB and last year the cats had no defense. So even if they're twice as good this year they will still be in big trouble. On the flip side Idaho had no defense either, yet the cats switch to a QB who has never played in a game and their move into a ground and pound offense is unlikely to score very many points.

When all is said and done, this game should feature some scoring but little brother will lose by at least four scores.
 
Cats fall behind early, they try to pound the Rock and fail miserably against a weak Idaho D. They find themselves down by 21 and turn to a pass game out of desperation. The Idaho pass rush makes the makeshift cat O line look like the inside of a Chineese laundry mat during a four alarm fire. Bugger man throws a pic 6 and the cats find themselves being bitch slapped by the worst team in FBS over the last decade. The cats do the duffle bag drag back to the Grey dog from the locker room. They sit in a very quiet Greyhound bus for 6 hours back to the cat box totally doubting how they will ever beat dynamic Offensive teams in the BSC with much better D than Idaho. The ground and pound will not work week in and week out in the BSC. For crying out loud the cats had 1 less win last year than what Idaho had in the past 3 years! Final score: V men 48 kittens 7
 
:roll: ... Picking between Vandals and Cats is a primer for choosing between Trump and Clinton...just affix a clothes pin to your nose - or better yet get some of that stuff medical examiners dab under their nostrils before autopsying decayed corpses...

No TV for this game (Campus Insiders production) though it will be widely available to stream via Twitter, LiveStream app on many streaming devices, or the MWC website http://www.themwc.com.

Hey, where'd all the Cat/Spud threads go? What's this "consolidation" crap? In my day, we had 50 different threads all at the same time, and there was none if this technology around to make things more efficient...and we liked it!

Going out on a limb....

Cats get annihilated, destroyed, owned, abused and mowed over.

Even after Vandals put 2's and 3s in, Scats struggle to even get within field goal range. (8 yards)

Unfortunately I hate Vandal fans more than I do (most) Cat fans.
 
Man I really want both to lose. The Vandals think they are being disrespected by being kicked out of the Sun Belt and having to come back to the Big Sky. LMAO what world are they living in? Their heads are really inflated.
