Until last year, there was no limit. Now, there is a one-time no-sit after transfer rule. However, some basketball players, who were denied a waiver, sued the NCAA recently and won a TRO to stop the ncaa from enforcing the rule against them. Former Bobcat RaeQuan Battle was one of the players. The judge has now signed an order making that TRO permanent, so those players will be able to play this year. I went after the NCAA on behalf of Battle, arguing for him from a Native American standpoint. I went directly to the Senior VP of Basketball for the NCAA, as he was a Dartmouth guy and I got an introduction. Battle had a local West Virginia lawyer representing him. In my direct way, I told the NCAA they were wrong and were going to lose, and that they had better settle or they were going to lose control of all or most of the rule. I'm on a roll. It's been a good year.
In Battle first 2 games for West Virginia, he has scored 29 points each game. They go up against Ohio St in the next day or two.
