Just when it seemed refs couldn't be worse, this happens

Kim Aiken Jr. did a leap over Pride on a rebound, landed on a girl Cheerleader and the big blonde male cheerleader pushed Aiken off her.... Aiken got a little offended and started mouthing off to the guy cheerleader.... two ref's were standing right there and dint see nuffin'
Gene Geise removed the male cheerleader from the situation and she saw & knew he was only protecting the girls. ..... Shantay was calling for a technical against that cute little girl for offending Jr.

I don't think the video supports what you said, or shows the male cheerleader pushing or touching anyone. I think the ref(s) screwed up, yet again.
You go ahead and see the video any way you want too....
I could care less how you "feel" about it, I was 10 feet away and was talking to Gene about it shortly after.... We saw it different

It's very clear in the video that the blonde cheerleader (male) was situated behind the female cheerleader, who clearly pushed Aiken off of her with her pom in her hand. Then the male cheerleader stepped in front of her (basically shielding her) and started sniping at Aiken. The male cheerleader never touched Aiken.

10 feet away? Why were you in the student section?

Sorry, I don't know what happened and can't see it perfectly on video, but I know you were4n't 10 feet away and thus generally don't believe you.

Where was Gee when this happened?

She's always in the entrance corner to the lower level, I'm behind the visitor's bench. She was right at the northwest corner of the floor as usual
Ask her why she pulled the blonde cheerleader guy with a big old smile on her face
No one is saying the refs were worth a shit, in my opinion they were worse than usual. ...
Even the Eastern fans below me were upset with many of their calls....Lots and lots of make-up calls

Pridgett was obviously alot closer than you to the action. See what he told the Kaimin. It's posted above.

"And update on the cheerleader situation: the cheerleader was a female cheerleader who according to Sayeed a Pridgett was “only ninety pounds”. She was kicked out of the game for pushing a 6’7” 215 basketball player."

Someone in the NW entrance area wouldn't have been able to see the incident.

Call Gene, ask her what she saw...
Ask her why she threw the blonde male cheerleader out and not the cute little 90 pound girl who offended Aiken

It's your battle....
Frankly, I don't care what you believe...
Ask Mariner why he lied in the his post above....
Was he just trying to offend you too?

thanks for the vindication....
Although it really wasn't necessary because I've never even played the game....

Not sure how describing what I saw in the video was lying but, whatever. You do you. If you were as close as you say, then you could be right. I was just telling it like I saw it on the video.

Who the eff cares?? It looks to me as if both extend their arms to protect the petite co-ed. Neither gave Peatling more than a back-off push, as anyone would in that situation, since they had no escape from being crushed if he continued into them. It's clear after that the male cheerleader steps in front of the woman, which makes him honorable, not culpable. Removing him was probably the correct thing to do, but not because he did anything wrong, simply because it prevented the situation from escalating.

Now you boys can continue your meaningless argument if you wish.

Look at the video. I don't think the blonde guy cheerleader has his right arm extended at all. Later in the video, you can see him raise his right arm. Earlier in the video, his body doesn't show any pushing movement. Don"t get confused by the girl cheerleader's arm, which eventually can be identified when her the pompom becomes visible. Also, don't be confused but the left arm of the dark-haired guy cheerleader, who looks like he may be sort of of holding Pridgett back.

What do the rest of you see?

The EWU guy doesn't know who pushed him, because he's facing away.

The ref on the right is calling the foul on the play. He's not pointing at the guy cheerleader. The ref to the left didn't see the play and is talking to the EWU player.

From the video, I can't see any cheerleader being identified or thrown out by the refs, but perhaps they are talking and not pointing.

Sitting behind the EWU bench and being blocked by multiple people is not being close. Pridgett was within inches of the shove, or whatever it was. The shove had a pompom on it.

The male cheerleader is standing behind the girl cheerleader when the "push" occurs.

It's not a meaningless argument. It's interesting. But your posts are meaningless.

Whatever, pr. Knock yourself out if you -- like always -- absolutely must be right, even if it's only in your head and your head alone.

The rest of us will continue not to give a shit.

I don't see anyone agreeing with you on this one.

I don't have to be right, but I am right on this one.

Yep...rewatch that video, Pridgett was really close, in fact he was right under all of it....but, he was also face down on his belly and could only see the floor in front of his face...
but, you go with your 'narrative' it's the cutest one on here...

Pridgett was standing right there, a foot or so from the girl cheerleader. He wasn't face down. Jeez, are you blind?

He didn't vindicate you. He disagreed with you.

Bear Axed, how many lies are you going to tell? You were within 10 feet (behind the bench). Pridgett wasn't there when the "shove" occurred, because he was on his face.

Did you even see the girl cheerleader walk out with the guy cheerleader?

Be honest, when you called Gene to get her story on why she threw the cheerleader out.... she wouldn't take your call

I don't think the video necessarily supports what you said, or shows the male cheerleader pushing or touching anyone. I thought the ref(s) screwed up, yet again. Or, is the right arm of the guy the arm that pushes? I can't tell for sure.

Be specific and point out all the lies

Gene Geise?

Our seats are about 5 seats from each other in same row at games. That's why I know she doesn't always stand at NW entrance. We said hi on Sat night. The main discussion was about who shoved the ewu guy, not who got thrown out by whom and why.
