Judge won't give JJ all of accuser's texts.

But, what if WHOA happened during? Would it be half consensual and half rape? 1/3 - 2/3? And when did the act occur? Making out? At removal of first piece of clothing? When moaning began or when it subsided? Hey, I just ask them, You can answer them.

This might be the most hilarious thing I have read on Egriz. So, you can affect the legal process? How so? Do you represent one of the parties? Are you a judge? Do you hope to be on the jury? Are you a witness? I'm curious to know how you think you can do anything about the legal process. I got a good laugh out of your post though.

By the way, you can disagree with me without calling me a "dumbshit." When you're out of ideas, though, you might not have any more options. I'll be waiting. :D
 
The last few pages of this are truly embarrassing. Pony, I think that it would serve you well to step back and realize that your passionate defense of JJ has gone a little over the top. The only acceptable opinion from any poster on this matter is "I do not know what happened, I am going to let the legal process run its course."

This is funny. I don't think I have passionately defended anything or said that I know what happened. I have no direct knowledge as to what happened that night. I do know about many inconsistencies in the prosecution's case. Maybe you could point out where I stated that I knew about what happened that night? I simply contradicted statements made by tnt and Jerry Punch that I know to be wrong. I have seen texts of the accuser, I can influence the legal process in this case, I do know all of the things I posted to be true. If you think it is crap, then don't read my posts I guess.

And wow, did I not say above that I believe JJ got the shaft from the UM? That's what I've been saying all along. I know you believe that inconsistencies exist in the prosecutions' case. The trial will bear that out if it is true and JJ won't be convicted.
 
Pony, first, I apologize as I had a couple of your comments confused with the insane ramblings of grizpaw. Second, I think that it is pretty clear that you think that JJ is innocent, which is fine. I personally think that he will be found not guilty (as opposed to innocent) when the trial runs its course but i have no idea what happened.

She never alleged that. You made it up; completely fabricated it to justify your clear bias; indeed, an effort to maliciously contaminate the public opinion.

"Be careful how you report it" yourself; it is actionable and I hope JJ's lawyers get around to people like you after this is all over.
