Gruden - "These guys are working me. *whew*"
Did EWU send over a gift box too? What was in it? A buy 3 get 1 free coupon from Les Schwab, a couple of vials of methamphetamine and a remedial math textbook?Nice to see Gruden give some FCS love. His EWU video was great and I look forward to watching this one.
He isn't paid for it, I don't believe. Part of the reason he knows a lot of it is that he and Tim Hauck have had a relationship since the early 1990's. When Gruden got his first coaching job, Tim was a young DB on the team while Gruden was coaching the WRs against him. That's part of why he gave Tim such a full throated shout out there, they have a 24 year friendship. They remained familiar, and a lot of coaches from that era are pretty tight. You hear Bobby say things like "when you talk to the NFL coaches, they talk all the time about the importance of not getting behind schedule on down and distance." There are a ton of relationships through the Haucks with NFL coaches because of Tim's playing and coaching, and Bobby being a long time fixture of college sports. Is any of that AI? How does he know all that? Cue screens? Is he paid for that? I love Gruden and wish he were coaching again. Go watch some of his YouTube mic'd up vids. He is hilarious. He got caught up in some wrongdoings that most folks would not even blink at and paid the price, I guess.
Yup, they sent meth over, but had to import from MontanaDid EWU send over a gift box too? What was in it? A buy 3 get 1 free coupon from Les Schwab, a couple of vials of methamphetamine and a remedial math textbook?
Yep, Gruden and Marty are part of the Mike Holmgren coaching tree and knew Patrick McKenzie, team physician for the Packers. He isn't paid for it, I don't believe. I get that there is plenty of BH hate here at times, but he is pretty highly regarded as a person in coaching circles from his era. I'd imagine that when Jon Gruden wants to come to Montana and go fishing, it is the Hauck brothers taking him out.
He and Marty would obviously know each other really well, too. I wouldn't be surprised if he has followed Montana football to some degree.
Haven’t we all….?Gruden has joined UM's QB Club.
Might as well get him on staff at this point.Gruden has joined UM's QB Club.
