Joining the Mountain West would run an $8MM - $9MM annual deficit - can we overcome that?

Hopefully we do our own separate deal from the rest of the conference (as was rumored) so we get more $$.

NCAA Rules: Effective Aug. 1, all Division I teams will be permitted up to two additional commercial logos on their uniforms and apparel and one additional commercial logo on equipment during the preseason and regular season, with an additional commercial logo on uniforms and apparel for conference championships. The patches will be limited to a maximum of 4 square inches per logo.

Based on the rules, three commercial logos are permitted. BSC has said they will do one for all teams. That leaves room for one on the uniform and one on equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.)

Equipment being like helmets or what? And to your second point, the Big Sky failed to secure a conference wide deal and allowed schools to go out on their own.
