JMU v Alabama for the title!

I'd love to see the game. You all can laugh all you want but this game would be closer than everyone thinks. Fire away

There are people who think that Alabama could beat the Brown's. Then (apparently) people who think JMU could beat Alabama. So while we're at it, could James Madison beat the Browns?

No. Not a chance in hell.
 
Well, Chattanooga Mocs were up on Alabama 3-0 going into the 2nd quarter. That was surprising.

So if winning quarters counted, JMU might have a chance at winning a quarter, maybe even 2. But the rest of the game would be the Tide tying the Dukes to the whipping post.

And I'd think the Browns would love to take out some angst on the Tide. It'd be like Billings Senior playing the griz.

No. . . Just no. I love fcs football, but our national champs couldn't compete with the upper tier fbs programs. Jmu lost to north Carolina by eighteen points. What makes you think they could contend against Alabama?
 
NDSU beat Iowa on the road.....who beat Michigan.....whose QB stepped on his you know what vs. Ohio State...which kept Michigan out of the playoffs.

I would love to see this every year. Crown the true college football champ...no wait, FBS doesn't do that, they chose who has the chance for being real champs.
Anyway, I would like to see the game played, and who knows?

No, because both the Browns and the Crimson Tide are scared to play UNDSU. How do I know that? Because they haven't scheduled the Thunder Buffs!
