Dennison may not have been much for house cleaning, but he could throw together a mean samwhich. The first (and last) time I was at Engstrom's house for lunch, he made BLTs but left the bacon chewy instead of crispy. What a dick.

But look, he and his attorneys know that his case is currently being reviewed by the prosecutor. I would assume his attorneys would not let him waive any 5th amendment rights and testify or speak at the U hearing (anything he said could be fodder for his prosecution). So, the "evidence" at the U hearing would not likely include any statement or rebuttal from Johnson. Given the lower burden of proof at the U, the result doesn't surprise me. However, Johnson and his legal advisors have to be looking at the potential criminal prosecution and I would think therefore want to keep the administrative process ongoing.
