Just took a look at some season stats for JJ vs DM this year. I tell you what, I am very happy to have JJ in a Griz jersey. Wouldn't trade him for anyone!

.....com..at..int..rating...TD...yards
JJ...196-340-4...156.6...28...2999
DM..175-265-4...139.1...8....2087

Also I love that JJ is 2-0 vs DM in head's up play with both wins coming in Bozeman. As for all of FCS, those numbers for JJ are 8th for TDs, 8th for Pass Efficiency, and 13th for Passing Yards.

I have a lot of respect for DM and he was a heck of a QB and an even better person off the field....but the reason I bring this up is b/c I was blasted by some Bobcat fans for saying I'd keep JJ over DM anyday. I'm a little biased but I think.....no I know......I made the right choice!! Go Griz!

Given that LBJ didn't play in a few games i don't think his numbers could have matched JJ's anyways. I was told by several scats that DM was way better than JJ. HA!! Looks like theyre wrong again.

DM didn't play in a few games, he was hurt a lot of the season, and the Bobcats pounded it out on the ground a lot this year, which limited the overall number of passing yards and touchdowns passes. The griz tried to be a run first offense..TRIED. And after getting their shit pushed in for 3 quarters they air it out to Henderson et al and get back in the game. JJ wouldn't have great numbers either if you had a running game like Delaney's wanted. Retards.

So ,let me guess. The point you are making is that the main reason the cats sucked this year is because Ash and company don't know how to make any in game adjustments?

Wow that's funny being that the bobcats have always been a run run run team. Wonder why DMs numbers were solid in the past with that same offense? Maybe DM just had a senior slump. I'd take JJ any day.

Of course you would, you are a griz fan and he plays for UM, you are unable to make objective decisions.

Just like you refuse to see how good JJ is.

JJ is an amazing football player, when did I say he wasn't? jesus you griz fans...

Mom- you though being a sCat fan are truly objective. Two head to head wins speaks volumes as do the stats posted by Hooked.

Your QB led the #2 ranked team in the nation right out of the playoffs. Ours took a much lower ranked team to the #8 seeded team in the playoffs. That's leadership and that's what differentiates the two QB's.

Your QB leaving the field without one teammate or coach consoling him and sitting on the bench all by himself tells the story about his leadership....

I think this is kind of sad. But, I am reminded that, although the QB, he was not elected a captain by the team this year. However, I keep reading what a fine, upstanding young man he is, so I'm going to go with that and say, "DeNarius, you did MSU proud, and now I am very glad you have used up your eligibility."
