JJ decision

tnt....why are you such a jerk? How did you get to be such a know it all? Many of us support JJ and would like to see him the quarterback again this year. If he is guilty, that is another matter. Why don't you back off with your wise guy remarks for now.

I would add. Why all of the blatant dishonesty and lies? Almost everything TNT says is not accurate, completely wrong, or a blatant lie.

You forgot to add that he's mean, a jerk, and a bully.

ever bit of which is the same typical bobkitten behavior that we see from the admitted kittens

tnt makes crap up which he pretends are facts. His arguments are self-inconsistent. He takes an extreme position which he cannot intelligently defend. He talks about his wife yet you'd swear he's a woman. It has to be D2...

I certainly have offered a number of theories. Sadly MOST of them have panned out. I can remember PR absolutely going nuts when I suggested that the DOE investigation would most assuredly happen. He practically went off the deep end when I said that it was far more likley the DOJ would get involved sooner than later. And who can forget the infamous Yellowstone case when the lawyers piled on with the multimillion dollar wrongful law suits that would come. That's when I found out I was senile for suggesting that the only thing that would come of it was the two would get the balance of their contracts and there would be a negotiation of the performance bonuses for Pflu who was still an employees. (You can visit him in his office in the library although he does have to pay for his own long distance phone calls)

Almost as much fun was PR insisting that that Jim Foley WAS executive vice president despite the fact his title had been changed soon after RE took over. PR never backed down on that one but did make a very pointed post that Foley was the VP in charge of communications..... I sorta missed on the rest of that one. I said Foley would be gone by summer(along with much of the rest of Dennisons inner circle) I should have guessed they would have reassigned him for a while.

There was also some discussion about the departure of a county prosecutor. I suggested she might know more than she was letting on. We don't have an answer on that one, just a statement to the press neither confirming or denying he being interviewed in the DOJ investigation. I still maintain even after her testifying at one of the earlier campus hearings, she saw a freight train coming.

That pretty much brings us to the JJ deal. Read back carefully I haven't said whether he was guilty or not guilty. I have said consistently that there are two sides to it. There exists evidence that would suggest he could be guilty of an honor code violation at the least. It would be foolish to ignore it. I have also suggested and said that the Honor code process may not be near so flawed as any would like to believe. Should his appeal fail there won't be a court order fixing it all in his favor, it would be far more involved than that.

Yes I have 5 daughters, thought it would be a piece of cake after the 5 boys. None of them would wear home torn leggings if for no other reason they would because of the type of fabric self destruct. None of them are into the slut look anyway.3 of them live out of state. One is a judge (former pro athlete), another a clinical psychologist/and rape center counselor and another following her frat house rape, three days in the hospital, and the infamous PD "hand out", just getting by. So you guys have that one. I do tend to see through their eyes. The fact two of them ARE experts and all most certainly have an opinion, not withstanding.

We shall see how the JJ deal plays out. Maybe the BOR will reverse the decision and we won't have to see how it goes. But I'm still betting there won't be a big one if it isn't. Despite Paolis love for Griz football, I believe he will do the best for his client to regain his life and move forward should the BOR decide against him while protecting his privacy.

If some of you guys can't handle the fact the program is under pretty close scrutiny, its not a Bob Cat plot, and you won't wake up in the morning with blazing headlines saying April FOOls, we knew you were perfect all along, you have the problem.

So if you want a a second opinion that I predict will pan out, I think you will find that as far as the DOJ and DOE will yield that aggressive leadership has made the changes necessary to be in compliance. (The city won't fare quite as well) The NCAA will find there was special treatment, but with the main characters gone, its anyone's guess what the sanctions will be.)

The third prediction is Mick will take care of the team and anyone who thinks the I word in his title will slow him down better think again. Maybe he will let Kemp back in maybe not, but he certainly has everyone's attention. They will have a great year this year. And is my hope every year, the conference championship will be decided at the Griz -Cat game

One again, you are lying and exaggerating. Virtually, everything you just posted is not correct. You take credit for some thing you didn't say or predict, and try to indicate that I said things I never said. Whether on the Yellowstone case or otherwise, your comments on legal matters are almost uniformly wrong. At least, you continue with your mode of operation of lying and making up stuff. I stand by my statements that I believe you are senile. That's the only explanation for some of the things you say, and your lack of memory.

Good post, glad someone can bring some sanity to these excuse makers.

Except for this gem from PR: "It is my feeling that Beau didn't do this."

Of course, that's not what I said. "I know nothing about the facts, but I know Donaldson and I have doubts that rape occurred or that this will stick." We will see how it turns out.

admit it. you might care about whether he did it or not, but mostly you just want him to be found not guilty.

Regarding Donaldson. I met a young man in Missoula this week who is a close friend of Donaldson. He said that Donaldson had known the girl he purportedly raped for many years, and they were friends. There was a significant amount of alcohol involved by both parties. This incident was alcohol-induced, and was not a calculated "will-ful" rape. We all know what can happen when alcohol clouds the senses. This kid does not know why the girl decided to go to the police with this. But she did, thus the rape charge. It is ashamed that Donaldson's life may be forever changed by this.
