We used to get the CBC broadcasts when I lived on the Hi-Line. Don't know about further south.

If you want to get technical... There is still ESPN 3 and ESPN+, with a stand alone subscription being available for ESPN+, and ESPN 3 only being available as part of you ISP subscription.

Have no idea how the contracts work, but we've been able to get the ESPN3 games on our 700 channels thru DirecTV SportsPak. We do get some CFL games on other channels, but I'm not sure which ones.

I have been able to access quite a few broadcasts on ESPN streaming by logging in thru my DirecTV account.
