It's extremely clear exactly what happened, why it happened, and who said what to whom. We all know what's going to happen with Calhoun. No questions remain.

Exactly! And that's what you'd expect to happen when you're a no-nonsense old-school disciplinarian who knows what's best for the program and isn't going to listen to or put up with any crap from anybody. Excuse me, it's 4:30 a.m., and I need to run to the M.

THIS IS EXACTLY RIGHT! SORRY I’M LATE TO THE TEA PARTY, LADIES. I HAD TO GO DOWN TO PENNY’S AND EXCHANGE SOME SLACKS, GET A WEEKLY HAIRCUT FROM THAT GREASY WOP PENTINNI AND STOP OFF AT NAPA TO BUY SOME NEW POINTS FOR MY TRAVELALL. THEN I HAD TO GO BACK AND GET THE CORRECT POINTS BECAUSE THAT DRUNKEN MICK BASTARD, O’SHANNAHAN GAVE ME THE WRONG PART. MAYBE ITS TIME THAT YOU OL’ GIRLS PUT AN END TO THIS KNITTING PARTY. THE KID’S YELLOW. CASE CLOSED.

I will not stop knitting...I am almost done with my ugly sweater for Christmas...

Why would eGriz post 17 pages on a quitter who quit on his team before it was quitting time? He was given every opportunity to play football with his six or so carries per game. Coming in asking about wanting to play another year? GTFO of here with that shit. We needed him @ UI. Good for Bobby for taking a hard line on this one.

Does a player saying he would like to redshirt = quitting? It didn't seem to be in the Mich. St. rb situation. Again, I don't know the facts. That was just a hypothetical question.

No. No, it does not. But, apparently it means, "I mean, he didn't want to play anymore, so." Not my words.

WHAT A BUNCH OF BALONEY.

I don't have time to look it up, but one thing that I think is being missed here, and is very important in my opinion. How many other seniors haven't played in over 4 games and could have asked for this same thing? I don't know the answer to it, buy what I feel is important is that if you allow it to happen this time, how can you stop it in the future years? Pretty hard to tell 1 kid yes and another kid no.

TEAM game, do your 1/11th is what everyone needs to remember. You're not bigger than the TEAM!!!

Our HC is pretty clear that he does not cherish redshirts. Doubt anyone is confused.

Our HC is pretty clear that he tells all kids no. Unless he likes them. Doubt anyone is confused.

Doesn't cherish the new redshirt rule, or redshirts in general? I'd bet he likes redshirt years to add muscle to players and get them ready for the field.

I'm betting that Bobby very clearly told Jerome Sauers how vehemently he opposed his son being granted a redshirt by NAU last season. Just in case they were confused I mean.
