Jay And Marty are annoying

Marty needs a detailed, strong personality to steer him a bit but I enjoy him. Jay just has no idea who the players are or what is going on. Last game I think he called Sawyer Racanelli Junior Bergen a few times. He never knows who the players are or how to pronounce names and screaming "Oh my gosh" during Eli's 66 yard TD run was brutal. Hate to pile on the guy as he seems well intentioned but he just doesn't seem to not know football whatsoever.

The one thing from the Scripps broadcast commentators that I find the most annoying is that just about every reference to the Griz by Jay is, "... the Montana Grizzlies".

"And that's a Montana Grizzlies Touchdown"
"And the Montana Grizzlies pick up a first down"
"The Montana Grizzlies..."
"The Montana Grizzlies..."
"The Montana Grizzlies..."

I know I'm nitpicking on semantics, but a short and simple "Montana" or "The Griz" would do the trick.
