Jacksonville St. @ Auburn

Damn I hate when teams play "not to lose", they almost ALWAYS end up losing.

FTSEC

Reminds me of the frigging "PREVENT" defense that almost always prevents the team using it from winning. Hard to win when you play scared !!!!!! DAMN, really would love to have seen them win that. :lame:

#6 against #6. my guess is one goes up, one goes down...

Going to be weird. Loser rises, winner drops.

"The winners might [definitely would] drop if they were a PAC 12 team (see, e.g., ASU). Because they are SEC, they might rise by showing the gutty performance required to win championships. It's so hard to play in the SEC week in and week out, whereas the PAC 12 is a virtual cakewalk where teams don't really even want to win."

lol, I didn't think the drop would be that far for Auburn... #6 to #18(AP poll) after a win
And think what might have happened had a couple more breaks gone the Gamecocks way and they had pulled it out. We'd be talking App State vs Michigan, and the pundits would be besides themselves. Sigh ... what might have been. :(
