One can easily see (unless you’re Jay Walker) why the committee rated (7-4) teams from the Big Sky, Colonial, and Missouri Valley over a (9-2) team from the SWAC.

All I remember about Deion was when he was asked about Pat Tillman leaving the NFL and joining the Army after 9/11, and his response was, "I gots to do what's best for Deion".

While I will readily admit, I certainly couldn't hold his jock and understood his desire to make bank, but he for sure could have had a better answer than simply saying he needed to look out for himself.

Hell, I joined the medical branch because I knew I didn't ever want to be put in a position in which I had to kill someone.
