Apparently the Trees suffered a tragic loss of 2 players recently - car accident. Ugh.

First away game...wasn't long ago the Griz struggled at times on the road. But, not this week. Griz cover the spread - whatever it is.

Apparently the Trees suffered a tragic loss of 2 players recently - car accident. Ugh.

First away game...wasn't long ago the Griz struggled at times on the road. But, not this week. Griz cover the spread - whatever it is.

Lost two players and another student. Speeding (90 mph), alcohol (maybe), and weather all played a roll. According to the accident report, heavy rains made it hard to see and there was like 3-4 inches of standing water on the ground.

The two survivors (both football players) are out of the hospital, but still in pretty rough shape.

Looking at the photo in the linked article, it seems like the other guy has some cracked or broken ribs. (Note that both were still in wheelchairs when the picture was taken.)
