The economy is the reason Washington Griz hasn't sold out.

The economy is good in Missoula and much of MT. The amount of building in Missoula is unbelievable. Unemployment is very low, like in much of the country. Unemployment in Missoula was 2.6% in August. I think it's 2.7% now. https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/unemployment-rate-in-missoula-county-mt-percent-m-nsa-fed-data.html

The stock market is at record highs. The economy is very good to great in most sectors.

Yes. So good that many people have two jobs now. Unfortunately that second job is on Saturday.

You do realize right now the working man/woman are in the best bargaining position in over half a decade .
I have given my employees a raise every six months for 2 years now just to keep them from leaving.
Pretty much all employers have been struggling finding and keeping good help. Let me emphasize "good help" quite a few lazy dumbasses out there.
Awesome. Nice work.

Edit: If a worker were to pay 30% of their take-home pay per month to rent a two-bedroom apartment in Missoula (Mean = 932.00 dollars/month), they would need to make $19.42 per hour at their job (after taxes).

Trumps fault.......perpetual black cloud over the kingdom. :(
Yeah, the economy, unemployment rates and the Dow Jones look really dark. In spite of a Congress stuck in its tracks doing nothing.

Wrong thread, Mickey.

Regardless of my feelings for our President, I was only pointing out the economic realities in Missoula, MT. It's simply harder now than ever for a person to buy a ticket to a Griz game. Shoot, my house in Missouri is almost a mirror image of my parents house in Missoula. The exceptions are that I have a full basement (they have a half basement) and I have a 40,000 gallon in-ground pool. Indeed the towns are comparable too. Each have many parks, a division I, FCS university, and two regional hospitals. Here is the difference.

Parents' House: $680,000, appraised in 2014.
My House: $182,400, appraised in 2019.
