Is Ash history?

The contract has been announced so it has to be a done deal. And this indicates the only way MSU can dismiss him is for cause. They can stop renewing the three year contract every year if they choose, but it is there for at least until the end of2018.

I'd expect season ticket sales to take a significant hit this next year. Maybe 15%. I'd also expect game day tickets to take a hit of about the same. Dropping us back down to 15K attendance. If we keep Ash, that's a loss of $120K PER GAME. We're already down $80K PER GAME this year.

We'll probably maintain if we move on.

MSU only needs to pay Ash $175K for one year to buy him out according to his new contract as someone else pointed out on BN.
Where is that documented?

I simply love coach Ash. Runs a clean program and wins more than he loses. Great church going and honest man. I'd keep him because he is a dedicated coach for MSU. Look at his big problem... Recruiting to the coldest spot in the Big Sky, fools lots of Texas kids to come up. Many other Big Sky Schools would love to have him.

When Ash came to Bozeman following the thug mentality recruited by Kramer, he was tasked to clean up the football program and keep it clean. Has he done that? Seems like I read a lot more about Griz players embarrassing the program than Bobcats getting in trouble. True or not true?
If we switched Missoula/Bozeman newspapers, police departments and presidents, the perception would be flip flopped.

The man's head of hair alone is worth two wins a year!
