At least someone got hired. Might just as well welcome what is, and hopefully it all turns out for the best. I never would have thought Pease would have been that serious about taking such a pay cut in order to being the HC of the Griz, anyways. His being an offensive coordinator elsewheres probably netted him a couple hundred grand a year over and above what the UofM pays out for their HC.
